This package includes fabrication and testing of customer-provided material for material properties optimization, an understanding of material behavior on a larger platform and process stability and reproducibility. The option of conducting a design of experiments on thermal properties can be added to develop heat treatment, HIP and solution anneal recipes.

Even with optimal printing parameters, the inherent properties of the starting material can significantly influence the quality and characteristics of the final product. This package aims to understand and enhance these properties, such as strength, ductility, thermal resistance, and fatigue life, to meet or exceed application-specific requirements.
